Quick Check-In but Disappointing Stay
While the female receptionist was efficient during my check-in, the overall service lacked professionalism, and the amenities certainly did not justify the cost. Improvements are definitely needed in cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff.

Stayed in this property for 1 night and truly enjoyed our choice. It was clean, everyone was affable and really good. The location was nice and perfect for traveling around Mecca, very close to Masjid Al Haram, Makkah, and taxi. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to King Abdullah Gate.

Good location next to Masjid Al Haram, I felt safe. The atmosphere created was quiet!

The rooms had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver. I got by with the beds, but they felt a bit cramped with my three kids and bags. Washrooms could use some space management—showering next to a commode isn't ideal. the staff spoke mainly Arabic, and my requests often got lost in translation. Thankfully, I could still enjoy balcony views. Oh, and there wasn’t a breakfast option, so it was cereal in a cup for us—classic British travel at its finest!

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building right by Makkah, the restaurants and Masjid Al Haram. The rooms with shampoo, kettle. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable position in the middle of jackson.

My go-to place in Mecca! Always a great stay at Knooz Aldiafah. Helpful staff. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, Locker room, 24-hour reception, Paid airport shuttle. Can't get enough of the cozy rooms, flat-screen TV, and quick check-in/check-out. Weekend getaway, here I come!

The rooms at Knooz Aldiafah are just what I needed. They have a flat-screen TV and free toiletries, which made me feel right at home. The air conditioning and private bathroom were great, and I enjoyed having free wifi to stay connected. Plus, the rooms even had a balcony, which was an added bonus for me.
I did find the air conditioning a bit too cold at times, but hey, that's just my personal preference. Others might enjoy the coolness.
